Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vinh Nguyen ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the mobile game Pixel Tint, listed on the App Store as "Pixel Tint: Pixel Art Coloring" (the "App"), on iOS and Android. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts or precise location, and we never upload your photos. The App collects only the following:
- Device identifiers – app-instance and installation identifiers, the identifier for vendors on iOS and the Advertising ID on Android, used for analytics, to deliver and measure ads, and to limit how often an ad is shown. On iOS the App does not ask for permission to track you, so it does not use your advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking.
- Diagnostics – crash reports and performance data (device model, OS version, app version, memory and load times) used to find and fix bugs.
- Usage data – which pictures you start and finish, colors and boosters used, ads watched and session length, used to improve the game.
- Advertising data – information about the ads you see and interact with (for example impressions, clicks and rewarded videos completed), together with your approximate region derived from your IP address.
- Purchase information – when you buy an in-app item or a Premium subscription, Apple or Google processes the payment and sends the App a receipt with a transaction identifier, used to deliver the item, keep your subscription active and restore purchases. We never receive your name, card or billing details.
- Technical connection data – when the App downloads game content (for example a new picture), our content-delivery provider receives your IP address and basic request information, as with any internet connection.
Your artworks, coloring progress, boosters and settings are stored on your device.
Photos and camera. If you use Create to turn a photo into a pixel picture, the App asks for access to your photo library or camera only at that moment. The photo is converted on your device; it is never uploaded to us or to any third party. You can revoke access at any time in your device settings.
2. How we use information
- To run the game, deliver game content and save your progress on your device.
- To deliver items you buy, manage your Premium subscription and restore purchases.
- To understand how the App is used and improve it.
- To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and performance problems.
- To show advertisements and measure their performance. Premium subscribers and players who buy Remove Ads do not see interstitial or banner ads.
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics – firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) ad mediation – unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Google AdMob – policies.google.com/privacy
- Unity Ads – unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Unity In-App Purchasing, Apple App Store and Google Play billing – unity.com/legal/privacy-policy, apple.com/legal/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (content delivery) – cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App tells its ad partners to show only non-personalized ads. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads). On iOS, the App does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. You will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you. A Premium subscription or the Remove Ads purchase removes interstitial and banner ads.
5. Data retention and deletion
Analytics and crash data are kept by our service providers for the periods set in their policies (for Firebase Analytics, up to 14 months). Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App. Connection logs kept by our content-delivery provider are retained only for the periods set in its policy.
6. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its processing. Because we do not link the data we collect to your identity, the easiest way to stop collection is to delete the App. For any request, contact us at the address below.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, and data is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
