Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Pixel Tint (the "App"), provided by Vinh Nguyen ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies on iOS).
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App or its content, not to use cheats or tools that interfere with the App, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Boosters (such as Magic Wand, Bomb and Lasso), rewards and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and may change as the game is updated. The App offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and charged to your store account; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Items bought are delivered to the App on the device where they were bought and are not transferable.
3.1 Pixel Tint Premium subscriptions
- Plans. Pixel Tint Premium is offered as weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The price and period of each plan are shown in the App before you subscribe, in your local currency.
- Benefits. While your subscription is active: all premium pictures unlocked, unlimited boosters, premium filters, unlimited photo-to-pixel creations, and no interstitial or banner ads. Artworks you colored stay on your device after the subscription ends.
- Free trial. If a plan offers a free trial, the App says so before you subscribe. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan's price is charged when it ends. Each account can use a trial once.
- Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel or manage. On iOS: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. You can also open these from the App (Settings › Manage subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore. On a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore purchases in the App to bring an active subscription back.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. If a payment is refunded, Premium ends.
3.2 Remove Ads
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes interstitial and banner ads on the account where it was bought. Optional rewarded videos (for example to get a free booster) remain available if you choose to watch them. Use Restore purchases to bring it back on a new device.
4. Content and intellectual property
The App and all its artwork, pictures, text and sounds are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
4.1 Your creations
Pixel pictures you make from your own photos with Create belong to you. Only use photos you have the right to use.
5. Availability and updates
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any part of it at any time. Some content may need an internet connection to download.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
