Frequently asked questions
I can't find the last cells
Zoom in with two fingers. Cells of the selected color are highlighted, and the color button shows how many cells are left. Boosters such as Magic Wand and Bomb fill many cells at once.
How do I get more boosters?
Watch an optional short video from the booster button, or subscribe to Premium for unlimited boosters.
A picture won't load
Check your internet connection, then pull down to refresh the library. If it keeps failing, close and reopen the App.
How do I restore Premium or Remove Ads?
Open Settings in the App and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Pixel Tint. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
My artworks are gone
Artworks and progress are saved on your device only. Deleting the App or moving to a new device without a device backup starts again.
